Privacy Policy

Last updated: March 2026  ·  Wabbo / Wamma Studio

We keep this simple: we collect only what we need, we never sell your data, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.

1. Who we are

Wabbo is an AI-powered Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) platform developed by Wamma Studio, based in London, United Kingdom. If you have any questions about this policy, contact us at hello@wabbo.app.

2. What data we collect and why

At this stage, Wabbo is not yet launched. The only data we currently collect is:

When the full platform launches, we will update this policy to cover app data, communication data, and caregiver analytics. We will notify all registered users before any changes take effect.

3. Legal basis for processing (GDPR)

We process your email address on the basis of your consent — you voluntarily submitted your email to be notified about our launch. You can withdraw this consent at any time by contacting us at hello@wabbo.app.

4. How we store your data

Email addresses submitted via our launch notification form are stored securely by Formspree, our form processing provider. Formspree is GDPR-compliant and processes data within the EU/EEA. We do not store your email address on our own servers at this stage.

5. Who we share your data with

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third parties for marketing purposes. The only third party that receives your data is Formspree, solely for the purpose of delivering your email address to us.

6. How long we keep your data

We will retain your email address on our launch notification list until:

7. Your rights

Under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, you have the right to:

To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@wabbo.app and we will respond within 30 days.

8. Cookies

Our coming soon page does not use cookies or any tracking technologies. We do not use analytics tools, advertising pixels, or any third-party tracking on this page.

9. Children's data

Our current coming soon page is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. When the full Wabbo platform launches — which will serve non-verbal and minimally verbal users including children — we will implement comprehensive child data protections in compliance with the UK Children's Code (ICO Age-Appropriate Design Code) and COPPA where applicable.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as Wabbo develops. Any significant changes will be communicated to users who have registered their email address. The date at the top of this page always reflects the most recent update.
